Housekeeping charge following departure: €60,00

Refundable deposit payable on arrival: €150,00

Reservations require a non-refundable payment of 25% of the total rental price plus a refundable deposit of €150.00. This will be refunded by transfer to a designated bank account within two weeks following departure, or will be returned when the keys are returned.

Full payment must be received eight weeks prior to departure. If the reservation is made less than eight weeks prior to departure, the full sum must be received prior to departure. Reservations are recognized as confirmed when the sum owed is paid to our bank account.

For stays of longer than four weeks, a rebate on the total price is offered. The rebate for stays of longer than four weeks is 15%, while for those exceeding eight weeks it is 25%.

Keys are available from the housekeeper at the address sent in a separate e-mail. Please make all reservations through our e-mail address and be sure to include the following information: name, telephone, e-mail address, arrival date, departure date, number of guests. Maximum number of persons - 6.
